How much do tickets cost?
Individual ticket prices range from $17.50 for adults in the Mardi Gras section to $38.00 on the Glass. The Wranglers also offer Group rates and a variety of ticket packages. For more detailed information on Wranglers tickets visit the Tickets Page.
What are the different seating levels?
The Wranglers offer Glass seating (first row anywhere in the building), Select Circle (second and third row anywhere in the building, Premium seating (4th – 6th rows anywhere in the building, plus 7th row and up in sections 103, 104, 116, and 117), Mardi Gras seating (7th row and above in all sections except 119). In addition the Wranglers offer the Ice Box Party Deck at ice level on a game-by-game basis for large groups.
What are the group rates and benefits?

Do you offer a birthday party package?
Yes. Information on children’s birthday parties may be found on the Group page.
What is the Ice Box and how do I reserve it?
The Ice Box Party Deck is located at ice level in the NW corner of the arena and can accommodate up to 40 ticketed guests with suite quality food & beverage. The Ice Box is booked on a game by game basis. Call 702.471.7825 and speak to a Wranglers representative about pricing and availability.
I’m from out of town, are there room and ticket packages available?
The Orleans Hotel & Casino has quality rooms at affordable rates but there are no pre-packaged room and ticket deals at this time. Contact them at for rates and availability 702.365.7111.

Where is the Wranglers Room?
The Wranglers Room is located at ice level of the Orleans Arena and is open pre-game, post-game, and during both intermissions. Access is achieved through the SE lobby.
May I bring guests to the Wranglers Room?
Full season ticket holders wishing to bring guests to the Wranglers Room should call the Wranglers offices at 702.471.7825 at least 4 hours prior to the game they are attending to have their guests granted access.
How do I redeem my buddy passes?
Simply bring your buddy passes to the Orleans Arena Box Office to exchange for tickets.

Where is the Orleans Arena?
The Orleans Arena is located on the north side of the Orleans Hotel & Casino property at 4500 W. Tropicana Avenue.
Where is the box office, and what are the hours of operation?
The Orleans Arena Box Office is located at the main entrance of the Orleans Arena but is only open on Event Days beginning at 4 PM (for a 7:05 PM game). But you may purchase tickets at the Orleans, Gold Coast, or Suncoast Showroom Box Offices. Tickets may also be purchased by calling 702.284.7777 but service charges may apply.
Are there ATM’s at the Arena?
Yes. ATM’s are located in the Main Lobby of the Orleans Arena as well as adjacent to portals 5 and 16.
Is there a Lost and Found?
Yes. Visit Orleans Arena Guest Services adjacent to either portals 8 or 12 for Lost and Found.
May I photograph Wranglers games?
The Orleans Arena and Las Vegas Wranglers permit still, 35mm non-flash cameras. Members of the media should request media passes from Rachel Wright at 702.471.7825 x237.

How do I tryout for the team?
The Las Vegas Wranglers do not hold open tryouts. Players interested in being evaluated should submit their contact info and hockey resume to info@lasvegaswranglers.com
How can I get autographs from Wranglers players?
One of the many benefits of being a Wranglers FULL Season Ticket Holder is your access to the players after every game in the Wranglers Room. If you have specific items, such as hockey cards, that you would like autographed, you can mail them to the Wranglers, attention the player you are requesting. We recommend a SASE envelope with every submission. You can also visit the Orleans Hotel & Casino Post-Game Autograph Booth after most Friday and Saturday games or watch for other player appearances throughout the year!
How many former Wranglers have played in the NHL?
As of this writing (7/26/2011), nine (9) former players have suited up in the NHL. They are Adam Pardy, John Curry, Dany Sabourin, Tyson Strachan, Tyler Sloan, Adam Cracknell, Deryk Engelland, Brent Krahn, and Mike McKenna.
What is ‘The Duke’?
The Duke is the Wranglers mascot. He is a fantasy-creature with bull-like traits.
